1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CamTuber ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CamTuber provides a cloud-based platform that enables users to stream RTSP camera feeds to YouTube Live. The Service includes:

  • RTSP to RTMP protocol conversion
  • 24/7 continuous streaming capability
  • YouTube Live integration
  • Stream monitoring and analytics
  • Multi-camera support (depending on plan)

3. User Accounts

To use CamTuber, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Stream illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Stream content that violates privacy laws or regulations
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Subscription Plans

CamTuber offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. All fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

5.2 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You will be charged at the then-current rate for your plan.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

5.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes affecting your subscription.

6. Content Ownership and Rights

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you stream through CamTuber. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to stream such content.

6.2 Limited License

By using the Service, you grant CamTuber a limited license to process, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the streaming service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be subject to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
  • Temporary interruptions due to technical issues
  • Service limitations or degradation during peak usage
  • Modifications or discontinuation of features

8. Third-Party Services

CamTuber integrates with YouTube and other third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for:

  • Changes to third-party service terms or availability
  • Third-party service outages or limitations
  • Content moderation decisions made by third-party platforms
  • Account suspensions or terminations by third-party services

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For fraudulent or illegal activity
  • For non-payment of fees
  • At our discretion, with or without cause

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAMTUBER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CamTuber harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you stream through the Service

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CamTuber operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
